Has anybody experienced GOOD print quality when printing USPS labels, but POOR print quality when printing UPS labels? I am on a MAC using a Zebra ZP450.

Could someone please fix the connection between 3dcart and shipstation!!!
OK since shipstation is stating 3dcart issue - could shipstation possible call 3dcart and help out their engineers with getting this issue fixed. Down between the two platforms for 8 days last month and now down again past 1.5 days with no fix in site! The REST API seems to be causing havoc between the 2 platforms - can we go back to the SOAP API - used that for years without an issue - go to the REST API and 2 platforms simply can't get it together to function. Tired and exhausted from dealing with both companies - like a she said. he said scenario - so could someone at shipstation call 3dcart - there number is 800-828-6650, press 3 for tech and then get together to resolve this issue???

non-trackable shipments
Hi,
We ship a large amount of products as first class mail letter. As you know, USPS does not offer tracking on letters (similar to how you might mail a friend a letter with a regular old envelope+stamp).
When processing these letter shipments, SS automatically uploads the "receipt number" to amazon as marks it as shipped. The problem with this, is that the customer does not realize the item is a letter, and the tracking number seems invalid (because it is not really a tracking number).
Further, amazon's system automatically checks for invalid tracking numbers, and is now sending us emails stating that if we fall below 95% valid tracking they will suspend us from listing in a specific category.
I've already discussed the situation with Amazon, and they say that shipping small and low value items without tracking is within policy, and they're fine with that. What they are not fine with is the invalid tracking.
So, my question is, is it possible to NOT upload non-trackable numbers for first class mail shipments? I'd still like the orders marked as shipped, but without the tracking number field being populated.
I've checked the forums for some answer to this, but the closest I found was similar question regarding international letters. I found that setting "Send non-trackable Tracking Numbers to Marketplaces", but this only applies to international shipments. Is there some similar setting for domestic letters?

Viewing Discount Codes from SquareSpace in ShipStation
Is there anyway to view the discount/coupon code a customer has used in ShipStation or set a tag for a specific code? Currently I can't find a way to import that information from SquareSpace.

Fulfillments / External Tracking Info via API?
Hi there,
I've noticed the new "Fulfillments" tab under "Shipments" which is a great feature to track orders we have dropshipped. However, is this information available via the API? Through /shipments, only those where those which labels are created for in Shipstation show up. Is there a /fulfillments endpoint that may become available to access this data?

Increase Frequency of Sync With Magento
Does anyone know if there is a way to decrease the time interval between syncs with magento? We have application that is using shipstation for label creation but were able to outpace shipstation in terms of syncing orders and have to manually synch to catch it up.
It is likely we'll need to create the orders prior using the API, but hoping we might be able to skip that by increase the frequency that magento and SS synch up.

Print shipping label from barcode scan
Is it possible to have shipstation automatically print the shipping label when using a bar-code scanner to scan the packing slip? Right now I have the "Ship orders" bubble selected on the bar-code scanning screen, but when I scan a packing slip it takes me to the order page where I then have to manually click to print the label. We were hoping to scan the bar-code and have the label automatically print out, no manual intervention just spit the label out and get ready to scan the next.. Are we doing something wrong?

Hello all! We are trying to set up our pick list by location and are having some problems. We have it summarized by unique sku and then ordered by warehouse location but the products are not in order.
For example, we will have the product A - a - 1 - 1 , A - a - 2 - 2 , A - c - 2 - 1 , C - b - 1 - 1 , A - c - 4 - 1.
Any help on how to fix this error?

Possible to get USPS Shipping Status?
Hi,
We have built an integration with ShipStation using the API, used to process USPS orders. I am wondering if it's possible to get the status of the USPS shipment, for example "Out for Delivery", "Arrived at Post Office", etc. This would be the same information available on the USPS site at "https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=[TrackingNumber]".
This may be possible using USPS APIs, but it would be much simpler if this could be done using ShipStation's APIs as we already have a working integration.

I would like the prices of each item to be on the packing slip

Standard Address Labels
Some of my small orders only require an address label - they are then posted in a post box.
Is there a way to print shipping labels with just name and address (SKU and number of items would also be great).
Currently im exporting to CSV and printing.
Please help if you have any advice?

Error making labels
Hi there,
I started getting a error message while trying to print an order. It's an international order. All the shipping fields are correct. There account balance is enough. The error message is:
All meters in the pool are in use or there isn't a meter in the pool with adequate balance to service request.
Account exception Exception with code 0x00000451; module 0, category 4, item 81
What should i do?

Endicia End of Day forms will not print through ShipStation Connect
Hi all.
I have recently picked up Endicia as a postage provider for my international shipments. Whenever I try to print the End Of Day form through Shipstation connect, it never works. There is always an error that comes up on the computer that is hosting the printer I am print to. The error message is something along the lines of "SumatraPDF has crashed..." In order for me to print these forms, I have to go to the actual computer that is hosting the printer, and instead of choosing ShipStation connect, I have to print it through the "Preview in Browser" interface. Quite annoying. This happens on all of our computers, just not one.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Future Ship Date UPS
In UPS Worldship, there is a setting to set the ship date to anytime within the next 183 days. Is ShipStation planning on incorporating that feature or are we committed to the ship dates we set it to?

We have two shipping locations, and we each print half of the days orders at each location. Is there a way to print a USPS Scan form for each location? So far I can only find a way to print a form for the entire day's orders, but that doesn't work for us since we have two shipping locations and use two different post offices. I hope this makes sense, and very much appreciate any info on this topic.
