I have a ticket in about this, but the 1-hr response time (quoted by the automated voice message) is not accurate, and I'm trying to get this solved now. Anyway, according to this knowledge base thread: https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/205899818-What-are-the-Custom-Fields-in-the-Order-Details- custom info can not be pulled through to SS EXCEPT for an Updated WooCommerce store. I assume that means a site running the latest version of Woo, WP, and the latest integration plugin, all of which I have. I have a custom dropdown checkout field that collects marketing data: "How did you hear about us"...I would like this to pass through to SS somehow so that I can view this data in the SS control Panel, and inlcude it in my reports. How do I do this. I've searched the blogs, forum, knowledge base, the Integration settings in Woo, and all of the Store settings in SS...no luck. This seems like a common need, please help me figure this out, thanks
