ShipStation has dropped all of my Amazon FBA orders and stopped processing new ones. I can see that a prior sync occurred since I have customers that were created that were shipped to via FBA, but there are no corresponding Fullfillment Shipments that show up anymore; they were there a dew weeks ago, but now the shipments have gone missing.
I subsequently sync my accounting with ShipStation, and now my inventory quantities are off and sales have not bee reported.
Do I cancel the subscription and try resubscribing? Is there a fix for this? Has anyone else seen the problem or have any solution attempts? I've only gotten silence from ShipStation support so far.
