We are in desperate need of the FedEx Collect Ground billing option. We have thousands of FedEx Office (Kinko's) locations that we ship to daily and they require that billing option for all incoming shipments. My boss wants us to leave Shipstation for ShipRush Web that has that option and their service is free. Many of us prefer so many more of the features, interface and speed of Shipstation, but not sure how much longer I can delay that. Please advise.

Etsy has SKU's now...finally. Is Shipstation compatible with this change?
Etsy finally added SKUs. I have been having problems with Aliases and pick lists, etc...trying to match up Amazon, ebay, shopify and etsy. Etsy has always been frustrating because of the lack of SKU option.
There is a notice on Etsy saying that Shipstation may not be compatible yet with the new changes on Etsy. Is this true?

Etsy's new inventory management compatibility
Etsy's made a change and I'm getting a notice that ShipStation hasn't been updated to be reflect those changes. I'm thinking I should opt out of Etsy's new system until ShipStation has time to make the change.
The exact wording from Etsy is:
"Some of your connected apps have not been updated to reflect the new inventory management features yet, and you may experience errors using them."

Market Place Notification Failed
Market Place Notification Failed (Amazon.com)
I've been getting a lot of these notification failures over the last week. "Transmit Tracking Data: Request is throttled". Is they a way to resubmit these in bulk? Clicking "retry failed steps" one by one is pretty time consuming. The notify marketplace(s) action button is greyed out.

Packing Slip with Return Form information
One of the SS blog posts shows a Packing Slip from Savannah Bee Company, it has a Return Form that would work perfect for our company. I have tried recreating the html but it's going to take a lot of time on my part. I was wondering if there is way to find that HTML somewhere on this site or If I could have it sent to me.

Two Factor Authentication Needed
I'm surprised that with ShipStation being one of the leaders in their industry, they have not implemented 2 Factor Authentication ( 2FA ).
They could also solve this problem by allowing 'Login with Google' because Google uses 2 Factor Authentication.

Retrieving Unvoided Shipments Count
I am trying to retrieve a count of how many unvoided shipments were created today via the ShipWorks API.
I have been able to obtain a count of how many shipments were created today but this count includes "voided" shipments. I know I could iterate through each order and filter out the voided shipments, but I would like to know if there is a better approach.
An overview of what I am doing: I am building a stat board that displays shipping stats and goals. I figure the API was the best way to retrieve the data needed for the stat board. I am completely new to ShipStation, so let me know if there is a different way of achieving this goal.
My current code is below...
$filters = array("shipDateStart"=>date("Y-m-d 00:00:00"), "pageSize"=>"1");
$result = $shipStation->getShipments($filters);
$shipmentCount = $result->total;

Magento 2 Connection Issues
I've been trying to connect our new magento 2 store to shipstation and keep running into problems. I've followed the steps to the T and when i test the connection it comes back fine but after connecting and trying to sync magento and shipstation i get the following error.
An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
I've been digging around and can't seem to find where the issue is. I've also tried connecting http and https and get the same error on both.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please move "Add to Batch" dropdown back to the right side or create Add to Batch hotkey
On the order detail popup, the add to batch dropdown used to be on the right hand side just above where you would fill in all the shipping parameters or select a preset. As of the new update, the dropdown is on the left nowhere near the other buttons. I know it seems trivial, but after setting shipping params... the very next thing is to assign it to a batch. This requires a much larger movement of both the eyes and mouse (or hand when I'm using a touch screen). I find it taking a much longer time to set up batches of 50 orders now.
Even better, how about implementing an Add to Batch hot key. I know it's harder to do with multiple batches but we only use one batch at a time. Maybe it would only work when there is an existing single batch active or the hot key would be "add to most recent batch".

Insufficient postage for accidentally using a USPS Flat Rate Box?
Hi ShipStation Community,
I recently got some dual-sided Express/Priority Mail boxes from USPS. I checked to make sure the Express side wasn't Flat Rate when I used it last week, but then forgot to check when I used the Priority Mail side to ship an order earlier this week. I just realized that it is in fact a Medium Flat Rate Box on the Priority Mail side, but I purchased regular Priority Mail postage on it, so the postage I paid would be $2 short.
I've emailed my customer to let her know that I would issue a refund to cover it if she has to pay additional postage, and also that I would get it to her in time for her event should it come back to me, but not knowing is causing me some anxiety as this is a time-sensitive order.
Has anyone had any experience with insufficient postage on ShipStation generated labels? I read on another website that if this happens with Click-N-Ship, the recipient won't get hit with a "Postage Due" notice and the shipper's account gets charged instead.
Does anyone know if Stamps.com has a way to charging our account instead of billing the recipient if this happens with a ShipStation label?
And has anyone ever had a package sent back for insufficient postage?

When placing an order on hold, can you input why the order was placed on hold?
Multiple access Shipstation to produce shipping labels. On occasion, someone will place an order on hold and none of the other users know why it was on hold. Is there a way to input information as to why the order is on hold? And a way for another user to see why it's on hold?

We ship everything via USPS. For everything under 16 oz, we need to ship it USPS First Class Mail. For everything 1 lb and heavier, we need to ship it priority mail. I have tried to create automation rules, but it always comes up with an error code. Does anyone know how to do this?

"Shipping from" USPS Post Office Zip Code vs Business Warehouse Address
Not sure if this has ever been addressed. I saw a thread that basically said this option hasn't been added due to no interest. Not sure if you aware of this but the Post Offices do not get credit for your shipping if the Post Office that is actually receiving and handling your packages is not on the label as the "shipped from" address zip code. It's located in the upper right of your shipping labels. My business is in 13310 which does not have a post office. We ship from 13402 which is our nearby post office. USPS Post Offices are constantly under scrutiny for their number and dollar value of packages shipped thru them. We work very closely with our post office and do everything we can to maintain a stream lined process to get all of our packages out. They in return really need these metrics to keep them open. - Mike

Logged in to find my display is a medium font today, which screws up my column views. I can't find a place to set it back to small font view? What's going on? Are we now forced to use medium font from now on? Used to be a pull down under My Profile, I thought, that allowed you to select Small, Medium or Large.

Way to include number of previous orders on packing slip?
I'd like to have a little number off in the corner of the packing slip that would either tell us how many times the customer has ordered or (even better) the dollar amount they've ordered. I know shipstation has that data but I haven't found a way to include that. Anybody know a way?
