Just wondering if it's possible to autotag an order based on a keyword from the product's title. For example, if the title is 'Black Sweatshirt', would it be possible to set an autotag of 'Sweatshirt' to any item's title that has the word sweatshirt in it?

Jet.com integration?
Do you guys plan on integrating with Jet.com any time soon?
Their structure is a little different, but I believe you would be able to use their API. We currently use channel advisor for that, however, we're trying to slowly move away from Channeladvisor because of how expensive it is.
Would be nice to know if you guys are planning on integrating directly with Jet.

Tracking Late Shipments
Is there a way to generate a report to indicate which packages were delivered late by the carrier?
We're using an auditing company right now that charges 50% of recovered charges for late shipments via Fedex and UPS. Even if the package is a day late for ground or a (minute late for express shipments), you can request a full refund of the shipping charges.
If we were able to better automate the process through Shipstation that would be a great value add.

Advice for aspiring young chef?
This is VERY off topic, but my teen aged son has been wanting to become a chef since he was 4 years old. I saw @stephen@4E215 on here, and wondered if he or other chefs/cooks that use ShipStation would have any advice for my son. He is primarily interested in cooking, more traditional than Continental, but he does enjoy doing some baking and cake decorating as well. He has a birthday coming up, so shameless plugs for your sites are fine, too.
At least with me.
He is the adventurous cook in our house-personally, I'm a picky eater, so that really limits my adventures in cuisine!

Possible to retrieve label data from existing label?
Hi,
We have built an integration with ShipStation using the API. Our workflow is to first create an order using the CreateOrder endpoint, and then convert that order into a label and get the tracking number and PDF using the CreateLabelForOrder endpoint.
I am wondering if it's possible to retrieve the PDF of an existing label using the API. The only API endpoint I've seen that returns PDF data is CreateLabelForOrder, but I want to get an existing label, not create a new one.
Is this possible to do?

So we get a stamps.com account, how do we even access it?
We just signed up for an account and shipstation made us a stamp.com account (which is included), now how do we access the stamps.com account? We are looking to print some postage stamps for some letters.
Is there a place to retrieve our account information? We have a user name but no password. When we click forgotten password there are 2 security questions which the answer to is unknown to us.

Shimpent search feature works 10% of the time
When I need to search for a customer that I have just shipped a package to it rarely works... Its like it picks and chooses what it brings up in the search. If I search "Carmen" it brings up a few, but not all, when I can scroll through the shipments and find the "Carmen" im looking for. This really has been irritating me for about 6 months. And yes I have the dates set correctly.
Also... I don't like the fact that you cant edit someones products that they ordered. This may be a button that i'm missing....?
And lastly... I think you should be able to create a new label to where you can fill out a to and from. I know you can create a new order... but what if its not an order coming from your warehouse?

Is there anyway to add postage to a already printed label? I am overweight.
Is there anyway to add postage to a already printed label? I printed a label and I am under by 1 lb. Is there a way that I can simply go into that order and add additional weight/price to the label but keep the same tracking number.

Pick list and Order Summary Via API?
I've read quite a bit of the ShipStation API documentation and can not find whether it is possible to also create Pick Lists and Order Summaries though the API. Is this possible?

Ship Station Connect Uninstall
I had to remove Shipstation Connect from a laptop that no longer needed to have any of it's printers shared. I uninstalled, but now every time that laptop boots, there is a startup program that tries to re-install Shipstation Connect.
Any ideas on how to get it to stop that?

Printing First Class postage on an envelope
Hi all,
I searched the forums, but couldn't find an answer. How can I print on a regular size envelope (#10)? ShipStation gives me a formatted envelope with address, return address and postage - but it always wants to print as 4x6! It prints out looking awful - all centered in the middle of the envelope with a few inches of blank space on either side. I tried changing the settings, but it's either 4x6 or 8.5x11, and 8.5x11 doesn't work at all.
Any ideas? Thank you!

Batch Create Labels; Auto-funding; Insufficient Balance
Batch Create Labels.
I looked through the shipstation API documentation and I did not see an option to batch create labels. The only solution I have found for this is to send multiple API calls asynchronously and create labels separately. The problem with this is that I can't put them all in the same batch. So;
1) Is it possible to batch existing orders together?
2) Also, if I overlooked something in the documentation, is it possible to batch create labels?
Insufficient balance.
When I tried creating multiple labels at a time, I got the error of insufficient balance. So I set up auto funding in the shipstation shetting. This didn't work - I still got the same error. However, when I tried to create labels manually, I got the message that my balance had been automatically refilled. So,
3) How is auto-funding being done?
4) Is it immediate?
5) Is there a delay for the API?
6) Is it better to just inter phase with stamps.com API.

Compatible with Opencart 2.0?
We are using Shipstation and love it, but during a server migration our opencart updated to 2.0 and shipstation isn't working anymore. I found a stack overflow page referencing something similar (not sure if I'm allowed to post links), but I still cant quite get it to work. Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Dropshipping w/ Multiple Suppliers
Running a shop w/ five suppliers. Two in NY, two in LA and one in NOLA. Each sells different products, but the customer doesn't necessarily see it in the event that they purchase multiple products from various suppliers.
Wanted to get recommendations how to best structure pricing and shipping so that the customer is not turned away due to sticker shock (due to shipping costs).

Question about the native Quickbooks integration
I've been wondering if the ShipStation-QB native integration is right for my business. I'm still new to accounting and am not sure how all this would work, so maybe someone can give some advice...
Here's how I run my business: I sell only kits/bundles/multipacks. I do not sell products in the same form as they come from my distributors. I sell 3-packs multipacks, 4-pack multipacks, etc. But I also sell "singles" but those are also kits because I bundle them with packing supplies and I want the packing supplies to be included in COGS. So here's an example of what happens when a product sells on amazon or ebay:
Kit A sells on ebay. Kit A comprises Product A, Shipping Envelope A, and Label A. I want each of these items to get subtracted from COGS when the kit sells. I don't think ShipStation can do this. So the "workaround" would then involve what? I don't know...does the ShipStation-QB native integration even involve COGS at all? Or does ShipStation send only orders while the COGS account stays empty?
When I buy from my distributors, I'm buying the kit components. So on my purchase orders I'll have like 100 units Product A from one distributor, 100 units Envelope A from another, and 1000 units Label A from a third distributor, all in separate PO's...

A separate question I had was about sales orders that ShipStation sends to QB--currently it looks like 2 revenue accounts cannot be selected, so all orders regardless of their source would be put into the same revenue account. I suppose QB Rules would then be applied to separate them out to their proper respective revenue accounts? Is that how you would do it?
