API troubles.. We need your help..

So now that we figured out where the shipping cost was located... can anyone help advise on how we tell the difference between Amazon FBA orders and regular amazon orders.. we located the field called marketplace and have determined the difference between eBay and Amazon but cant figure out regular seller fulfilled orders vs amazon fulfilled orders. We were trying to determine it via a field that was called manually fulfilled?? but that creates a problem because we also do some drop shipping and manually marked as shipped those orders once we get the tracking info

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..
