Discounted USPS International 1st Class Needed

I am new to SS. 1st official month but have shipped a few hundred packages. I like it.

I sell small items, typically under 4 oz. 5-10% of my orders are non USA (mostly Canada but some other countries too). I can go to PayPal Ship Now and get discounted USPS 1st Class International but not from ShipStation. Disappointing...
